Mobile Capture
Deposit a check, anytime anywhere, through SNB’s Mobile Banking App by using your phone’s camera to capture images of the front and back of a check. All you need is access to a data connection on your mobile device. The Mobile RDC feature will be accessible to you via the Mobile App on your phone. If preferred, a scanner can also be used to capture and submit the check for deposit.
What is Mobile Capture?
Mobile capture is the process of capturing and optimizing an image of a person and/or document with a smartphone or other mobile device. The optimized image is then used for data extraction or to verify its authenticity.
How it works:
- Get our Mobile Banking App
- After launching the Mobile Banking App, select Check Deposit in the global menu
- Endorse the check and add “For SNB Bank Mobile Deposit Only” below your signature
- The Check Deposit screen appears, scan front and back
- Enter details
- Snap a pic
- Access funds
How will I know if the Mobile Capture has been deposited into my account?
You will be notified via email once the deposit is complete.

Is there any cut-off time to make a Mobile Capture deposit?
The mobile deposit cut-off time is 4:00 PM CT. If a deposit is made after 4:00 PM CT or on a day that is not a business day, the funds will not be available until the second business day.
Is there any fee to make a Mobile Capture deposit?
For Consumers, there is no fee to make a mobile capture deposit.
For Small Business Checking Accounts, a $0.50 per transaction fee will be charged if transactions exceed 100 items per month.
